Forms for Volume Fuel Sellers
The following forms are for the use of volume sellers of petrol and diesel in NSW.
For definitions of "volume fuel seller", "primary wholesaler" and "major retailer" see Sections 3, 4, and 4A of the Biofuels Act 2007 and Clause 4 of the Biofuels Regulation 2007.
